How does AI photo scoring work?
SnapAI uses OpenAI's GPT-4o Vision model to analyze your photos across five dimensions: composition, lighting, clarity, color, and subject. Each dimension is scored from 0 to 100, and an overall weighted score is calculated.
Is my photo data safe?
Yes. Your photos are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS), stored securely in Vercel Blob Storage, and are only accessible to your account. We do not use your photos for training AI models or for marketing purposes.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to 3 AI photo scores and 1 photo enhancement per day. You also get access to basic watermarking features.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
You can upgrade to Pro directly within the app. Go to Settings → Subscription and choose either the Monthly or Yearly Pro plan. Payment is handled securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Play Store account. Go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. Your Pro benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support to request a refund.
What languages are supported?
SnapAI supports English, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, and Korean. The AI feedback adapts to your selected language automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Please contact us at snapmentor@59et.com to request account deletion. All your photos, scores, and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Make sure you have the latest version of the app. 2) Check your internet connection. 3) Force close and reopen the app. 4) If the problem persists, contact us with a description of the issue.
